Kiwanis Club
Kiwanis is an international organization that is world wide, and our motto is “ serving the children of the world”. Cloudcroft Kiwanis meets on Thursdays at 6:00 at Big Daddy’s. We are a huge part of the community! We have scholarships, and sponsor the Angel Tree at Christmas, the Pet parade, the Easter Egg Hunt, and a BUG (Bring up Grades) Program for the elementary. We also have food booths at Mayfair, July Jamboree, Lumberjack Day and October Art Fest---major club fundraisers. We participate in the Clean-up Cloudcroft and pick up trash on Hwy 244, and help the Key Club with Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets. This past winter the club helped individuals out with heating needs. In short, we have fun no matter what we are doing! Please join us at our meetings and get involved.
